The role is responsible for supporting the R&D department by participating in design activities, building/testing prototypes, preparing test samples, and performing Engineering analysis to ensure designs meet requirements. Also provides drafting/modeling and document management support and participates in prototype builds, buck builds and install windows and doors for testing.      *Start in May/June 

The Material Science Co-Op will range from 3-8 months based on students’ availability, area of expertise and interests.  (Please indicate the period of time you are interested in co-oping or interning). Looking for students who are actively pursuing a BS in one of the following or similar disciplines (2nd year or higher preferred): Materials Science and Engineering, metallurgy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering, Sustainable Systems Management or Statistics.
