The Senior Ethics & Compliance Investigations Partner supports Marvin’s enterprise-wide internal investigations program by independently leading complex and/or high-risk workplace investigations into alleged misconduct and policy violations. This position provides practical, compliance-focused guidance to Human Resources on investigation strategy and consistent remediation aligned with Marvin’s Code of Conduct, policies, and applicable law.
