The Manufacturing Engineer supports the key fundamentals of manufacturing; Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost Reduction initiatives through process development and process improvement projects. Projects are driven by process improvement, operations capital investment plan, overall ROI, product development initiatives and the operations business plan.
The CEG Senior Controls Engineer is responsible for researching, designing, documenting, purchasing, and installing, controls systems for manufacturing and facility equipment across the Marvin family of brands. This role involves close collaboration with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, systems, and facility personnel to design, implement, and support the needs related to automated manufacturing controls systems. Additionally, the Controls Engineer will work closely with vendors, suppliers, engineers, and project teams to facilitate the introduction of new equipment, technologies, and products to the production floor.
The Manufacturing Engineer drives improvements across safety, quality, productivity, and cost by developing and optimizing manufacturing processes. This role supports strategic initiatives including capital investments, product development, and operational efficiency through data-driven problem solving and lean deployment.
The Special Projects Engineer will be the primary engineering resource tasked with overseeing the systems, process and infrastructure needs for special requests.
