The Equipment Project Manager will coordinate the concept, development, procurement, and updates of equipment from internal and external suppliers. The Equipment Project Manager will also be responsible for input on new product development to ensure equipment compatibility and repeatability. Individual must have the ability to learn the Marvin product offerings. Strong communication skills both internally and externally are of the utmost importance.

Provide Production lines and other Process Support sub-groups with strategic plans and tactical short-term actions to drive and sustain continuous operational improvements. Provide immediate solutions to daily disruptions encountered by production and other departments in Roanoke.
Design Engineer II is responsible for product design activities including developing innovative designs and/or improving upon the performance and design of existing products. Will perform moderately complex engineering analysis to ensure designs meet project goals. Will support design schedules, lead test activities, and effectively communicate design status among peers and department leadership.
The Process Engineer-II supports the key fundamentals of Logistics; Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost Reduction initiatives through process development and process improvement projects. Projects are driven by process improvement, operations capital investment plan, overall ROI, initiatives and the operations business plan.
We are seeking a skilled Engineering and Quality Manager to oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and quality management systems. This role combines engineering expertise with a strong focus on quality to ensure that our manufacturing processes align with both business and production goals while maintaining high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
The Automation Systems Engineer II will research, define and support the development of software and application architectures used for automated manufacturing systems. This position must sit in Fargo, ND.
