The role is responsible for supporting the R&D department by participating in design activities, building/testing prototypes, preparing test samples, and performing Engineering analysis to ensure designs meet requirements. Also provides drafting/modeling and document management support and participates in prototype builds, buck builds and install windows and doors for testing.      *Start in May/June 

The Engineering Design Technician is responsible for supporting product design activities including developing new designs and/or improving upon the performance and design of existing products. Support the R&D team by participating in design activities, building prototypes, and testing design concepts.  Provide drafting/modeling and document management support. The Senior Product Manager acts as a product expert both internally and externally for designated product lines. They keep customers at the center of development projects by maintaining a strong understanding of needs and the market and collaborate cross-functionally, especially with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, to ensure that products are differentiated in ways that reinforce our brand-level value propositions. This position leverages strong product marketing fundamentals to assist decision making in project prioritization and innovation processes.
