The Production Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the flow of customer orders
through the production process. This role ensures that orders are dispatched to the
appropriate production lines in alignment with material availability, production capacity, and
shipping schedules. The Production Dispatcher plays a key role in supporting on-time
delivery performance (Delivered as Promised and Ship Complete) and collaborates closely
with cross-functional teams to resolve order issues and maintain production continuity.
This position is responsible for assisting the Quality department to meet and exceed
company goals. The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that all quality
standards are being followed by employees on the production lines and troubleshoot
any areas of the assembly process where a quality issue occurs. This position will
monitor products produced on the production line and provide feedback to supervisors
on quality issues.
