The Sales Training Program is an opportunity for top candidates who are interested in a career in sales with Marvin to develop their knowledge, skills, professional acumen, and sales abilities in preparation for a career in Marvin’s sales organization. Sales Trainees will spend their first several months of employment performing job rotations, participating in shadowing opportunities, and attending Marvin product and systems training sessions. The participants will office out of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, but will travel to Marvin’s other locations for learning and work opportunities, as well as to the field for sales shadowing.
