The R&D Program Coordinator will support the Vice President of Research & Development and help coordinate strategic initiatives, leadership priorities, and day-to-day operations across the R&D organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys keeping projects moving, supporting leaders, and improving team coordination.

Product Design Lead is responsible to oversee and supervise R&D team members.  This team may be involved in the research and development of new product designs, improving existing product designs or developing best practices in a functional area. Supervise and mentor team members, and write and conduct performance reviews for their team members. Provide technical guidance, leadership, and support to team to meet project cost, schedule, and performance goals.  Effectively communicate design progress to department and senior leadership.   

Responsible for supporting documentation of product design activities utilizing Inventor CAD software.  Perform accurate and precise drafting work.  Create ECNs, maintain project print planners, and have a thorough understanding of drafting standards.  Lead/Assist others with Inventor questions and provide CAD support across the department as needed.    This job is located in Warroad, MN. If you're considering...
