Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Manufacturing Engineer II to play a key role in supporting a new product line within our Modern collection. In this position, you will work alongside the team to assist in establishing new manufacturing processes, collaborating closely with our equipment team to define and implement the necessary production equipment. You will also partner with the quality team to ensure all products meet our quality standards through APQP methods. 

Highlights of your role

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement activities within production and business processes.
  • Develop manufacturing processes, standard work and create and maintain process documentation.
  • Actively deploy lean concepts throughout the organization.
  • Support Process Lead in PPT/IPT projects.
  • Conduct extensive data analysis for effective problem solving.
  • Assist in analyzing, identifying, and resolving production line problems and lead problem solving groups.
  • Develop and maintain production line layouts and jigs/fixtures.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor's in Engineering required, equivalent industry related experience strongly preferred  
  • Three years experience in a manufacturing setting 
  • Demonstrated project management skills  
  • Exceptional written communication skills  
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing systems
