Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Marvin you’re responsible for full-cycle recruitment supporting direct labor hiring across production and logistics functions. As a flex recruiter, you’ll manage shifting priorities based on business needs and hiring volume across locations and departments, while providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout.  

Highlights of your role

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, frontline roles including production, logistics, warehouse, and DOT-regulated driving positions 

  • Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and role requirements 

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications, licenses, and regulatory eligibility 

  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate progression through the hiring process 

  • Complete employment eligibility verification, background checks, and required DOT/CDL documentation, as applicable 

  • Communicate job expectations, schedules, compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities 

  • Prepare and extend job offers and notify candidates of hiring decisions 

  • Execute recruiting activities within a structured, process-driven environment while maintaining accurate ATS documentation 

  • Flex recruiting support across production and logistics operations based on business demand 

  • Identify areas to improve process and efficiency. 

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting direct labor or logistics roles 
  • Experience with high-volume, hourly hiring; exposure to DOT-regulated or safety-sensitive positions preferred
