Highlights of your role

  • Drive territory performance by developing and managing strategic sales plans that support profit, revenue, and share of wallet growth 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners by identifying needs, providing insights, and supporting long-term business success 

  • Support dealer sales teams through virtual engagement, product knowledge, market segment insights, and coordinated training initiatives 

  • Collaborate closely with inside sales, field sales, customer service, and regional leadership to align territory activities and dealer strategies 

  • Manage territory execution by maintaining accurate account activity, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups in Salesforce and other sales tools 

  • Stay informed on products, competitors, and market dynamics while sharing relevant insights with sales leadership to support decision-making 

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience 

  • Experience in inside sales, B2B customer service, technical product support, or a related sales environment 

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for divisional and dealer meetings 

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record 

  • Comfort learning and using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications

Compensation

Total earning potential $73,689 -$120,000 between base salary and variable compensation, with significant upside on variable component to bring total compensation beyond this range if targets are over achieved.
