• Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across production and business processes
• Design and improve manufacturing processes, standard work, and process documentation
• Deploy lean manufacturing concepts and provide training across the organization
• Serve as a Process Lead on PPT/IPT and cross‑functional projects
• Analyze data to identify root causes and support effective problem‑solving decisions
• Lead or support teams to troubleshoot and resolve production line constraints
• Develop and maintain production line layouts, tooling, jigs, and fixtures
• Provide direction and feedback on project feasibility, risks, and return on investment
• Investigate quality concerns, determine root causes, and implement preventative actions
• Ensure quality standards are met and prevent non‑conforming product from leaving the facility

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year of project management experience
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing process development or process improvement experience
