Job Overview

We’re looking for an Information Technology Project Manager to lead multiple workstreams for a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation that will impact both our corporate functions and manufacturing facilities. This is a key role in transforming our technologies, processes, and systems across the organization.

You’ll play a critical part in ensuring the success of this ERP program through strong problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making.

Highlights of your role

  • Own the Project: Manage scope, schedule, and deliverables for critical ERP workstreams.
  • Plan & Execute: Develop detailed project plans using established tools, coordinate activities, and monitor milestones to keep everything on track.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Drive Improvement: Bring a continuous improvement mindset to streamline processes and promote efficiency.
  • Communicate Clearly: Provide proactive updates on project status and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Lead & Support: Foster a collaborative team environment, coach others, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues when needed.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2–5 years in IT project management, ideally with ERP implementations.
  • Skills:
    • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps.
    • Knowledge of data migration, security, reporting/analytics, and system integrations.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and travel as needed.
