Infinity Replacement is our dedicated replacement window and door business, bringing Marvin’s legacy of quality directly to homeowners. Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.

Our Warehouse Technicians play a vital role in delivering on our purpose: ensuring our Project Managers and Installers have everything they need—on time, in place, and ready to go—to create an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for managing inventory and warehouse space, coordinating with Marvin factories, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products. The Warehouse Technician also ensures compliance with internal processes and safety regulations while supporting facility maintenance and occasional projects.

  • Organize products in the warehouse and maintain the shipping/receiving area.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts to ensure accuracy for job site costing and material availability.
  • Manage vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and project support.
  • Assist with building maintenance tasks such as snow removal, minor repairs, and cleaning.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain complete documentation for regulated products and hazardous materials.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations
  • Construction experience is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Ability to stand for at least 6 hours per day
  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
  • Ability to lift, push/pull, and carry at least 40 lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and kneel
