We’re looking for a Security Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide efforts that keep our teams safe and our operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll guide programs focused on physical security, violence prevention, risk management, and crisis response.

Highlights of your role

  • Lead the development and implementation of security strategies, programs and initiatives to protect the organization
  • Monitor security operations to identify vulnerabilities, deploy solutions that eliminate threats, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Support senior leadership and site leadership in managing and responding to both violent and non-violent emergency events
  • Collaborate with other departments on projects involving security, privacy, health and safety, IT, facilities, and more.
  • Develop in-person and virtual training programs to enhance awareness of security efforts across the enterprise.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and life safety agencies where Marvin facilities are located.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • A security-related certification such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Threat Manager or the ability to obtain one
  • Training or experience in threat assessment and management, the National Incident Management System (NIMS), and Incident Command System (ICS)
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Project management experience
  • Secret Security clearance or above

  • Ability to travel occasionally
