Job Overview

The Instructional Designer Intern will support the Training team in creating engaging and effective training materials across various platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, including assisting with content development, video production, and editing. The intern will collaborate on projects aimed at enhancing learning experiences and will gain exposure to e-learning tools and interactive formats. 

Highlights of your role

Support the current training team with the following:

  • Assisting in the documentation, design, and formatting of training content. 
  • Supporting the creation of storyboards and visual assets for instructional materials. 
  • Participating in video shoots and editing footage to produce polished learning content. 
  • Researching and benchmarking current trends and technologies in instructional design. 
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs and tools. 

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Must be enrolled in related field pursing a bachelor's degree or a two-year degree.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in instructional design, learning technologies, or multimedia development.
  • Use tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or similar for visual content creation.
  • Assist with video production, including filming and basic editing.
  • Collaborate well in a team environment.
