Are you passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and supporting a dynamic recruiting team? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team and play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming hiring process for candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

Highlights of your role

  • Coordinate candidate logistics including interviews, travel, and assessments
  • Facilitate pre-employment and onboarding processes, partnering with external vendors
  • Support Day 1 activities for new hires and ensure all documentation is collected
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates to guide them through the hiring journey
  • Assist with external recruiting events, including logistics and promotional materials
  • Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system and support TA metrics reporting
  • Take ownership of special projects that enhance our recruiting operations

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in HR or recruiting (TA experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A warm, enthusiastic approach and a proactive mindset
