Job Overview

The Order Fulfillment Specialist (OFS) plays a key role in supporting Marvin’s Customer Services division by reviewing and validating the orders placed in Marvin systems. This internally facing role focuses on ensuring order accuracy and completeness, particularly for engineered-to-order and highly customized products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an interest in AutoCAD, and a comfort level with math and technical detail.

Highlights of your role

  • Review and validate customer orders within Marvin systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Care Agents, Technical Support Representatives, and Architectural Project Coordinators to resolve order-related inquiries.
  • Utilize Marvin documentation and systems (OMS, ICIM, Salesforce) to support order fulfillment processes.
  • Assist in creating bills of materials for production based on product specifications.
  • Partner with divisional team members to deliver a high-quality internal customer experience.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the order review process.
  • Support onboarding of new partners as needed, with a focus on internal coordination.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest or experience in AutoCAD and comfort with mathematical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate Marvin systems (OMS, ICIM, Salesforce).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Product knowledge or ability to source technical information effectively.

Also want to make sure you have

  • Experience in a technical or order-processing role.
  • Familiarity with engineered-to-order products or manufacturing environments.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., drafting, engineering, business) is a plus.
