We are seeking a Sales Data Analyst to join our team and drive strategic insights that fuel sales performance and growth. This role partners closely with Sales Managers, Territory Representatives, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver data-driven recommendations that shape territory plans and sales initiatives.

 

Highlights of your role

  • Deliver actionable analytics and insights to Sales Leadership, focusing on retailer performance, revenue forecasts, and historical trends.
  • Recommend new analytical approaches to support business goals and strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and execute sales programs under the direction of Sales Management
  • Compile and present market data to identify national growth opportunities.
  • Educate internal teams on sales trends and program performance.
  • Collaborate with Territory Representatives to support program requirements and communication.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and ongoing reporting processes.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Proven experience in data visualization and storytelling to communicate insights effectively.
  • Ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Qlik or similar business analytics platforms; statistical software experience is a plus.
  • Strong background in database management and reporting.
  • Experience with qualitative data analysis is a plus.
  • Demonstrated project management skills from planning through execution.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-directed with excellent time management and planning abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for uncovering insights through data.
