This position provides site safety, including associate-level environmental safety solutions for Marvin's safety and environmental areas. This individual will develop and maintain positive relationships with coworkers and necessary regulatory agencies related to EHS aspects of the business. This position will supply appropriate input to all business functions related to EHS compliance and best practices in a timely/efficient manner. The EHS Coordinator is responsible for working with others to establish effective systems and processes that will ensure regulatory compliance, minimize costs, and maximize efficiency with the goal of maintaining an OSHA rate 50% below the industry average while pursuing the ultimate goal of zero. This position will primarily support the safety programs at the Reno, NV distribution center but may be called upon to assist with the other distribution centers.
