The Brand Ambassador role at Marvin’s Brand Experience Center centers on inspiring design possibilities and guiding clients through meaningful, confidence-building experiences that move projects forward. This position serves as a trusted resource for homeowners, architects, and partners, helping them envision what’s possible with Marvin. Insights gathered from these interactions help shape strategy, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen Marvin’s presence in the market.

Highlights of your role

  • Deliver personalized, high-impact experiences that build client confidence and drive project momentum.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions between Marvin and retail partners to ensure continuity in the client journey.
  • Host curated events and tours that connect trade professionals and architects with Marvin’s design philosophy and product innovations.
  • Track and analyze client interactions to identify trends and refine the experience across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to test new ideas and share feedback that informs go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent Marvin at community and industry events to build awareness and foster meaningful connections.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • 3+ years of experience in showroom/retail, client service, interior design, architecture, marketing, or sales.
  • A strong understanding of customer experience principles and a passion for design.
  • Comfort navigating tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, MS Teams, and Asana.
  • The ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Also want to make sure you have

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or design—or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with human-centered design and storytelling techniques.
  • Experience hosting events or tours that engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative approach and curiosity for innovative retail experiences.
