Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.

As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our field teams—Project Managers and Installers—have the materials they need, when and where they need them, to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll oversee inventory, coordinate deliveries, manage warehouse operations, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Supervise all incoming and outgoing warehouse deliveries
• Coordinate delivery ETAs and proactively flag potential delays
• Oversee loading and unloading procedures; assist with loading/unloading as needed
• Make material runs for jobsite shortages; local travel for parts and supplies
• Plan and optimize warehouse layout to prevent loss/damage and maximize efficiency
• Organize inventory and maintain shipping/receiving areas
• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts to ensure accuracy
• Manage vendor relationships for facility maintenance and service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain documentation for regulated and hazardous materials
• Assist with general building maintenance (e.g., snow removal, minor repairs, cleaning)

• Prior experience managing, supervising, or organizing a warehouse
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory management software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using desktop computers and related peripherals
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, stand for 6+ hours/day, and climb ladders/stairs
