Do you thrive on solving problems and creating meaningful customer experiences?

As a Customer Care Agent at Marvin, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers ranging from architects to homeowners. You’ll play a strategic role in supporting product inquiries, technical questions, and warranty solutions. Working within a regional team and alongside technical support, logistics, and architectural coordination teams, you’ll help maximize the impact of every customer interaction. This role is essential to delivering Marvin’s commitment to excellence and care. Application deadline is September 5th.

Highlights of your role

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer needs within your assigned sales division.
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently by leveraging Marvin’s resources and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Educate dealer partners on Marvin’s Order Management software, warranty processes, and onboarding support.
  • Provide guidance on warranty solutions and offer alternative options when applicable.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience through proactive communication and thorough follow-up.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with diverse customer groups.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across various channels.
  • Solve problems using analytical thinking and sound judgment.
  • Work confidently in Salesforce and other CRM tools, or demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.

Also want to make sure you have

  • Familiarity with Marvin products or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to Marvin systems and processes.
