Job Overview

Are you ready to shape the future of enterprise procurement? The Senior Indirect Procurement Commodity Agent leads sourcing initiatives for non-production goods and services - think IT, facilities, MRO, professional services and logistics. You’ll guide supplier relationships, negotiate high-impact contracts and deliver measurable value across the organization. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll align procurement strategies with business goals and drive enterprise-wide impact. If you're energized by complex challenges and cross-functional collaboration, this role offers a chance to lead with purpose.

Highlights of your role

  • Lead sourcing efforts across key indirect categories, including IT, facilities, and professional services.
  • Build and implement sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and risk.
  • Manage RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to identify top-tier suppliers and drive competitive advantage.
  • Negotiate service agreements that meet business needs and ensure long-term value.
  • Analyze spend data and market trends to uncover savings and efficiency opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and contract records in sourcing and ERP systems.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • 7-10+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a focus on indirect spend.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and sourcing tools.
  • Experience managing contracts and supplier relationships across multiple indirect categories.
  • Experience in a senior procurement role within a multi-site or global organization.
  • Knowledge of contract law, SLAs, and vendor risk management.
  • Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or PMP.
  • Strong communication and project management capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

  • Strong understanding of contract law, service level agreements, and vendor risk management.
