We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on problem solver to join our team as a Field Service Technician in the Phoenix-metro area. If you have a background in construction or general contracting and want to be part of a people-first company that invests in your future from day one, this could be the perfect fit.

Highlights of your role

  • Represent Marvin by delivering exceptional post-sales support for our premium products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.
  • Manage your own schedule, plan efficient routes, and document service visits.
  • Operate a company-provided vehicle equipped with tools and technology (laptop/iPad).
  • Load materials from our Eagan, MN warehouse before heading out to service calls.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Have 3–5 years of construction experience, especially with windows and doors.
  • Are a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Are organized, tech-savvy, and physically capable (lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders/scaffolding).
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and meet DOT medical certification requirements.
