We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Field Marketing to lead and scale our field marketing program, including Retail Activation, Events, and Canvassing. This high-impact leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and is passionate about driving brand visibility and lead generation in key markets.

Highlights of your role

  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies to support aggressive lead generation and market growth.
  • Lead and mentor Field Marketing Managers across multiple U.S. markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution across regions.
  • Optimize retail activation and canvassing programs through data-driven planning and performance coaching.
  • Own strategy and execution of local events, including home shows and community engagements.
  • Align field efforts with sales, marketing, customer engagement, and operations to drive measurable revenue.
  • Lead recruiting initiatives to build high-performing local field teams.
  • Create training programs and SOPs to improve productivity and consistency.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI, adjusting tactics based on insights.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Oversee field marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • 10+ years in a senior-level field marketing role, preferably in home improvement, retail, or face-to-face lead generation.
  • Proven success managing retail activation, events, and canvassing teams across multiple markets.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, field tracking tools, and data analysis platforms.
  • Budget management expertise focused on ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and be hands-on at key events.
  • Weekend availability and reliable transportation required.

Compensation

$130,000 - $150,000 base salary with bonus potential. Pay is based on experience.
