  • Improve Continuously: Create and refine processes, policies, and procedures that elevate the customer journey and team performance.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee inventory processes across all assigned markets.
  • Champion Safety and Compliance: Ensure all installations meet regulatory and safety standards.
  • Support Financial Health: Partner with internal teams to manage accounts receivable and vendor relationships effectively.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional service and resolving issues with care.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to make tough decisions that balance customer needs, employee well-being, and business outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating shifting priorities with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MarketSharp is a plus.

Also want to make sure you have
