Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Power Platform Developer/Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The position will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage the Power Platform and other M365 tools to create efficient and effective solutions. This role requires a creative problem-solver who can design and implement innovative, effective digital solutions to meet complex business needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently, and capable of communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Highlights of your role

  • Design, develop, and implement business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Administer and manage Power Platform; ensure data security and compliance, manage environments and deployments, integrate with other Microsoft and third-party services, and monitor performance and usage.
  • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate business needs into efficient digital solutions.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions that optimize business processes.
  • Act as a Power Platform subject matter expert, providing insights on best practices, development strategies, and potential improvements. Also identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Power Platform can be better utilized.
  • Communicate technical details and complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide both functional and technical support to the business ensuring smooth operations and future functionality and scalability.
  • Stay current on Microsoft product roadmaps and monitor service alerts and communicate and participate with both internal and external M365 community members.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Five to eight years’ experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse, ideally focused on Power Platform development and administration.
  • Proficient understanding and experience with of application lifecycle management (ALM) within Power Platform, including creating Solutions, and building model and canvas apps.
  • Strong expertise in both M365 and Power Platform tools with a proven ability to design creative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand complex processes and explain technical topics to a non-technical audience.
  • Self-motivated and independent thinker who can work and drive items forward with minimal supervision.

$110,000 - $140,000 annually
