Highlights of your role

  • Partner with technology and business teams to architect and implement secure, scalable solutions using M365 applications and tools.
  • Consult with business process owners to elicit information; define functional, technical and design requirements.
  • Work closely with other M365 administrators and architects to support platform strategy, governance, and configuration, including areas like usage, connectors, metadata, and compliance to meet organization needs and ensure consistency across M365 ecosystem.
  • Collaborate and knowledge share with M365 Business and Technical architect to gain maximum business value from M365 and Power Platform with continuous process improvement in mind.
  • Lead M365 application and tool adoption, and drive expansion of M365 across organization
  • Work closely with M365 Business and Technical Architect for platform updates that impact business users. Manage communications to users regarding updates and assist in solution changes as needed.
  • Support and grow Marvin’s M365 Community of Practice (COP)
  • Drive self-serve tools and training for end users; mentor others to increase M365 knowledge and experience.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies related to M365 applications.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and share to user groups and teams and business partners.

  • Work both independently and collaboratively with internal customers, as well as broader teams providing the best tools, support and solutions for the organization.
  • Consult with business process owners to elicit information; gather and define functional, technical and design requirements. Demonstrate strong analytical and solution architecture skills, including how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into value-add solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders analyzing business practices throughout organization and uses this information to promote Digital Transformation and process improvements.
  • Understand and integrate technical and business visions and communicate the appropriate level of detail to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to professionally interact with and influence a diverse group of managers and subject matter experts.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills along with relationship building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and manage small to large projects.
  • Must be self-motivated, have strong desire to learn, and be adaptable to a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  • High degree of professionalism and a project management experience/style that promotes progress through teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Also want to make sure you have

  • 4-year Business or Technical-related degree (like Computer Science) or equivalent experience
  • 4 or more years’ experience with M365 tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Office apps, along with Copilot. Some experience with M365 and Power Platform preferred.
  • Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Strong analytical or process-oriented background and experience is preferred
