We're hiring a Senior Ethics & Compliance Investigations Partner to support our internal investigations program across the organization. Conduct all phases of complex investigations into workplace misconduct, including the investigation plan, document analysis, interviews, and reports to ensure prompt, thorough, impartial, and consistent handling.
Assist with triaging reports received through the EthicsPoint system, ensuring reports are assigned to neutral, impartial investigators who are free from actual or perceived conflicts of interest, and appropriately matched based on risk level and subject matter.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of investigations, support data integrity and reporting needs, and conduct regular audits to confirm proper storage of investigation records in the designated case file system.
Advise and collaborate with HR on developing and maintaining investigation processes, protocols, templates, documentation standards, and trainings to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational policies
Help identify trends and patterns represented in reported concerns and other employee experience data sources to advise training, policy updates, and risk mitigation strategies.
A bachelor’s degree is required, and a graduate degree is preferred.
Compliance and/or investigations certification (e.g., CCEP, PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
5+ years proven experience in HR, Compliance, or Employee Relations type role.
Understanding of employment laws (e.g., Title VII, FMLA, ADAAA, ADEA, NLRA), standard investigation practices, and case management systems (e.g., EthicsPoint, Navex).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
Experience prioritizing projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
