Job Overview

The Learning Experience Project Manager will lead the management and execution of all projects from intake through completion for the Learning Experience team, with a strong focus on initiatives that support product launches and enterprise systems. The role will be responsible for developing detailed and flexible project plans and partnering closely with all relevant stakeholders – marketing, sales, product management, customer services, etc. – to drive progress towards business objectives and deliver projects on-time and within budget and scope. This role requires exceptional adaptability, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills to navigate shifting priorities and timelines in a high-visibility environment.

Highlights of your role

  • Lead high-priority, high-complexity projects, including product launches, systems implementations, and learning initiatives, from intake through delivery.
  • Define project scopes, plans, goals, and deliverables of learning and training projects that support business goals in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Actively manage scope, risks, and changes, balancing competing demands and shifting deadlines.
  • Schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using Asana project management software.
  • Manage team resources and workload to understand the capacity and capability across the team and plan project resources accordingly.
  • Ensures projects are being prioritized to best support critical business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and effectively communicate project expectations in a timely and clear manner.
  • Identify and communicate interdependencies, risks, and required mitigations to leadership.
  • Develop and deliver regular project status reports and updates.
  • Conduct project postmortem and create recommendations report to identify opportunities to improve processes or create efficiencies in future projects.
  • Coach, mentor, and educate team members on principles and processes of project management to ensure engagement and compliance to project management process.
  • Execute project management best practices and coach others in adopting agile and structured methodologies.

Compensation

$74,000 - $90,000 annually

  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to align projects with broader business goals.
  • Expert in using project management software like Asana to manage projects across a large team.
  • Must have excellent organization skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Recognize and solve problems quickly, escalate as appropriate, and work successfully under pressure.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently toward aggressive goals in a complex environment with multiple and changing demands.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to engage and motivate team members without direct authority; ability to influence decision makers and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented performer.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, make good decisions, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent with change management and communication strategies to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of results through metrics and KPIs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.

Also want to make sure you have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienc
  • 5+ years project management experience, preferably in environments involving product development, launches, and/or enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of learning and development processes and methodologies preferred
