Infinity of Ohio and Marvin Replacement are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Operations to lead all post-sale operational functions across a rapidly growing multi-market business. This pivotal leader will be responsible for driving consistent execution, operational excellence, and team accountability across 15+ markets. We’re looking for a results-driven operations executive with a deep understanding of field operations and a proven ability to build high-performing teams in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.

Highlights of your role

  • Lead daily execution of post-sale functions, including technical measure, installation, logistics, service, safety, and compliance
  • Directly oversee Regional General Managers and centralized Operations Managers
  • Build and implement strategic operational plans that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and profitability
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and initiating solutions across the post-sale operational journey
  • Expand operational capabilities in alignment with sales growth and organizational scale
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements across all relevant markets (licensing, permitting, bonding, safety, etc.)
  • Foster collaboration and alignment with field and central teams to ensure successful execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Develop and execute operational KPIs, budgeting strategies, and resource planning to meet margin and service level expectations
  • Actively collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience functions to refine the end-to-end customer journey
  • Champion a culture of safety, excellence, and accountability while attracting and retaining top operational and subcontractor talent

Compensation

$180,000 - $200,000 base salary, pay based on experience.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Effective communicator with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, performance mindset, and ability to lead through influence and example

Also want to make sure you have

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, preferably in home improvement, construction, or a related field
  • Strong experience leading decentralized teams and managing multi-market operations
  • Demonstrated success managing financials, budgeting, and strategic planning at a senior level
  • Hands-on expertise with operational tools, metrics, and technologies (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by business needs
