Are you a people person who thrives on connecting with others, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences? We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to support our Marvin Replacement business. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them toward the right solutions and setting the stage for successful sales appointments.

Highlights of your role

  • Engage with potential customers via phone, text, email, and web chat to understand their needs
  • Educate prospects on our products and services, and assess if we’re the right fit for them
  • Follow up with leads to keep conversations going and move them toward appointments
  • Use standardized scripts and vetting criteria to ensure all key information is captured
  • Analyze past interactions and take appropriate steps to reschedule missed appointments
  • Input customer details and project information accurately into Salesforce
  • Refer leads we can’t serve to our trusted business partners

 

Work Schedule

  • Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours
  • Shifts include, but not limited to: 8am-5pm, 10am–7pm, and 12pm–9pm
  • Evening and weekend availability is required

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.00, pay based on experience

  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service is preferred
