This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a forward-thinking HR professional who can influence, advise, and partner with leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities.
You will collaborate closely with leaders across the technology function and partner with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to deliver high-impact solutions in talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
