Job Overview

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting our Technology organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy that enables our digital transformation and enterprise platform evolution. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a forward-thinking HR professional who can influence, advise, and partner with leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities.

You will collaborate closely with leaders across the technology function and partner with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to deliver high-impact solutions in talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

Highlights of your role

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to technology leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive performance, innovation, and culture.
  • Talent Strategy: Lead efforts to build a strong, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline through proactive workforce planning, succession management, and strategic hiring.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Support organizational design, change management, and team effectiveness initiatives to enable scalable growth and agility.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage people analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend data-informed solutions that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
  • HR Program Execution: Partner with COEs to implement and optimize core HR programs (e.g., performance management, compensation, leadership development) across the technology organization.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership Coaching: Coach and develop leaders at all levels to enhance leadership capability and drive team performance.
  • Practice continual learning and personal development by staying current on best practices and emerging trends

Compensation

$89,000 - $118,000 annually

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field; Advanced Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partner roles
  • Experience supporting a technology organization or digital transformation initiatives strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce and experience partnering with a variety of business functions strongly preferred
