Infinity from Marvin is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly, professional voice that guides our customers through their window and door replacement journey.

As a CSR, you’ll be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring every step of their project—from consultation to installation—is smooth and well-coordinated. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and confirming appointments (sales, technical measurements, installations, walkthroughs)
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, text, and webchat
• Greeting and assisting showroom visitors, maintaining a clean and welcoming space
• Supporting project managers and field staff with scheduling and customer updates
• Managing job permits, invoices, and documentation using QuickBooks and CRM tools

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for customer service

• Comfortable using phones and technology
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
