This position is responsible for working with co-workers to meet and exceed company goals. This position is responsible for coordinating incoming orders to company trucks, and export orders to shipping containers. This role will also prepare driver delivery routes, where problem-solving, teamwork, and communication are key in keeping our promise to customers.

· Schedule incoming orders to export containers

· Determine weekly truck schedule and prepare truck routes to ensure our delivery metrics and business operations are met consistently

· Communicate scheduling and shipping information to production team and share production schedule with management

· Coordinate with other Marvin facilities to optimize truck routes. Work with purchasing and dispatch to coordinate pick-up of product within a route

· High school diploma/GED required

· Strong problem solving, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
