Highlights of your role

  • Define market opportunities and develop multi-channel go-to-market strategies using market analysis, segmentation, voice of customer insights, and industry trends. 

  • Develop value propositions and messaging that resonate with target buyers, communicate the differentiated value of Marvin product collections, and align with product portfolio growth goals. 

  • Lead the creation of value-based content and training resources to educate sales teams and dealers on impactful messaging for new product launches and key differentiators with existing product collections. 

  • Identify, track and facilitate risk mitigation plans by anticipating potential roadblocks and risks before they occur, understanding implications of risks, advising appropriate partners. 

  • Conduct post-launch evaluation and use lessons learned to improve future go-to-market and project plans. Socialize these findings with project and leadership team when applicable. 

  • Support annual planning by providing input to and supporting development of new product launch plans and annual product marketing strategies to effectively and efficiently bring products to market. 

Compensation

$110,000 - $120,000 annually

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related 

  • 8+ years marketing or related experience (including internships) 

  • Proven leadership experience 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a comfort for presentations to all levels within the organization 

  • Ability to sit in-office in Eagan, MN 2 days/week 

  • Ability to travel domestically (up to 25%) 

Also want to make sure you have

  • Project Management Certificate, PMP Certification, or Agile is a plus 

  • Strong computer skills (Primarily Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM 

  • Familiarity with Power BI and data analytics preferred 

  • Ability to anticipate potential issues and to quickly formulate options to resolve problems; strong strategic, analytical and conceptual problem solver.
