Marvin is looking for a Digital Product Owner to create seamless, self-serve journeys for our professional audiences—architects, builders, designers, and more. You’ll be the voice of the customer and the champion of quality, ensuring our websites and digital tools connect users to the right resources.

Your collaboration with our Product & Engineering team will provide stability and accountability to our internal and external customer-facing applications. Lead the development of self-serve content and tools that empower professionals to do business with Marvin.
Collaborate with various teams to lead intake, scoring, and distribution strategies, bring new features to life, define and measure performance metrics, and align digital initiatives with business goals.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across teams.
Partner with the product manager to ensure the product roadmap reflects the professional audience enhancements, and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
Write clear user stories, customer journeys, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct exploratory testing, manage tasks/bugs in Jira, and ensure high-quality releases.
3–5 years of experience in digital product ownership, QA, or product analysis.
Solid understanding of Agile development and product lifecycle.
Experience with website management, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management workflows.
Familiarity with A/B testing, Google Analytics, and digital optimization tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with headless CMS platforms preferred.
Background in architecture, design, or construction industries preferred.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Experience building personalized digital experiences based on persona data preferred.
