We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Sales Manager to join our team and bring our purpose to life. In this critical leadership role, you will inspire, coach, and motivate a team of in-home sales professionals to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll collaborate with National and Regional Sales leadership to implement market-level strategies that drive profitable growth in the replacement window and door segment.

 

Highlights of your role

  • Sales Coaching & Development

    • Spend ~75% of your time in the field observing and coaching sales reps (3–4 days/week).
    • Conduct ride-alongs, role-playing, and training to elevate sales performance.
    • Foster long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Team Leadership

    • Lead weekly sales meetings to review performance and reinforce a high-performance culture.
    • Assign and manage customer appointments and sales rep schedules.
    • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
  • Performance Management

    • Achieve market KPIs including close rates and sales volume.
    • Provide regular performance feedback and manage improvement plans in partnership with leadership and HR.
    • Utilize reporting tools to monitor and drive accountability.
  • Operational Excellence

    • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
    • Support regional marketing and sales initiatives.
    • Resolve sales and service issues promptly and effectively.

Compensation

$80,000 - $90,000 with bonus opportunities.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • 2+ years of success as an In-Home Sales Representative.
  • Strong time management and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with digital sales tools and technology.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
