Are you a seasoned retail supervisor ready to take your leadership skills beyond the store floor? Join our dynamic team as a Field Retail Events Supervisor, where you'll lead a high-performing team of Brand Ambassadors and drive results through strategic retail partnerships and event-based marketing.

 

You’ll be the face of our brand in major retail environments, managing in-store lead generation programs, staffing, and performance metrics across your market.

Highlights of your role

  • Lead & Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and supervise Brand Ambassadors across multiple retail locations and events.
  • Drive Retail Performance: Manage relationships with big box retail partners, ensuring high-quality execution of in-store marketing programs.
  • Own the Market: Oversee staffing plans, scheduling, and logistics for retail activations and events.
  • Be Hands-On: Set up and tear down displays and booths, ensuring all materials are in place and visually impactful.
  • Travel Locally: Regular travel within your assigned market to support retail locations and events.

Compensation

$66,000 - $90,000+ with a base salary and incentives

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Retail Leadership Experience: Prior experience supervising teams in big box retail environments
  • Team Builder: Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate hourly staff.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
  • Customer-Focused: Ability to build strong relationships with retail partners and customers.
  • Physically Capable: Able to lift 40 lbs, push 75 lb displays on wheels, and stand for extended periods.
  • Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends consistently.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and ability to travel within the market.
