Infinity is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of Infinity to our valued retail partners, responsible for nurturing strong customer relationships and driving sales growth across a diverse and expansive region.

 

You will collaborate closely with retailers to develop strategic business plans, deliver impactful product and marketing training, and provide exceptional support throughout the sales cycle. From resolving service issues to supporting major proposals and trade shows, your contributions will directly influence customer satisfaction and business success.

 

This position will be based out of a major airport hub within the territory – Denver, Phoenix, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Kansas City.

Highlights of your role

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail customers
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales and business development strategies
  • Deliver engaging product and marketing training to retail teams
  • Provide hands-on support at trade shows, events, and customer presentations
  • Resolve service issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams on major proposals and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Compensation

Earning potential includes a base salary range of $72,000-$90,000/year (dependent on experience) plus sales incentives!

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Experience in in-home sales or as a manufacturer’s rep (SFI model preferred)
  • Knowledge of window products, installation, and service
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Strategic thinker with a drive for results
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
