Job Overview

Are you ready to take the lead in designing the future of our Salesforce platform? Bring your proactive problem solver skills to Marvin as a Salesforce Product Owner. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to develop features that not only meet - but exceed - organizational goals. You’ll be instrumental in driving quality and innovation across our Salesforce ecosystem, continuously refining system processes and outputs. Your partnership with Product Engineering will help ensure our internal and external customer-facing applications are stable, reliable, and built for long-term success.

Highlights of your role

  • Dive into Marvin’s customer journey and business processes to uncover ways to enhance the Salesforce platform.
  • Work side-by-side with product managers and developers to turn business needs into smart, user-friendly solutions.
  • Jump into agile ceremonies, helping keep projects on track and ensuring new features deliver real value to users.
  • Test new functionality, stay ahead of platform updates, and help keep everything running smoothly across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Support users by solving issues, collecting feedback, and creating useful training materials that make their experience even better.

Compensation

$90,000 - $110,000 annually

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • A solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in roles like administrator, QA analyst, or product analyst.
  • Experience working through the full software development lifecycle - from gathering requirements to testing and deployment.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate objectives into clear user stories and testing criteria.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, and the ability to organize information in a way that supports both technical and non-technical teams.

Also want to make sure you have

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience creating user or customer journeys, and other product conceptualization tools to support agile development.
  • A desire for improving customer experience and a team-first demeanor.
  • An understanding of agile methodologies and experience participating in scrum ceremonies.
