• Offer field support for service cases including issues like water or air infiltration claims, commercial projects, special causes, field testing, and more. 

• Additionally, provide case deflection and support to the Customer Services team, helping resolve cases without needing a field visit. 

• Represent Marvin brands at project sites by providing installation training, product support, and general project consultation. 

• Accurately research and document all jobsite observations and activities (written, photo, verbal) in a manner consistent with corporate guidelines. 

• Collaborate with other departments to assist in resolving issues when there is not a standard process. 

• Provide "tailored solutions" that align with industry standard methodologies, product design, and material design. 

• Ability to review project specifications, assess test protocols, installation details, and design. 

• Advanced knowledge of product tolerances, defects, installation issues, and methods. 

• Understand product performance ratings, water management systems, and service issues. 

• Knowledge of product testing procedures (AAMA 502 vs. 511, ASTM 1105, sill pond test). 

• In-depth understanding of product certification, industry standards (AAMA), and field test protocols. 

• Strong problem-solving skills 

• Interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn & adapt, multi-task, and travel on short notice. 

• Courageous leadership, execution management, task planning, business insight, and critical thinking. 

• Installation Masters, Fenestration Masters and OSHA10 preferred. 
• Must be willing to travel 50% - 75% of the time to include overnight stays.
