Marvin is seeking a naturally people-centered and creative team member to join us as a Workspace & Guest Experience Associate. The Workspace & Guest Experience Associate is a front-line brand ambassador who understands people's experiences and finds ways to spark joy. They support elevated, thoughtful experiences that generate brand and company love at Marvin, amongst our guests, and within our community.

Highlights of your role

  • Greet and provide a positive experience at our Visitor Center and Gift Shop.
  • Handle emails and phone calls.
  • Manage staff and tour group schedules.
  • Stock bathroom amenities and office supplies.
  • Set up and replenish tour group snacks and beverages.
  • Maintain a welcoming lobby area.
  • Support concierge services to assist employees and guests.
  • Execute daily office procedures and health protocols.
  • Stay current on and assist with emergency response procedures.
  • Manage the gift shop, including order fulfillment, cash register, inventory, and merchandising.
  • Create memorable moments for employees and guests.
  • Promote our company values and brand.
  • Support programs and events to enhance the Marvin experience.

Compensation

$17.50 - $23.50 per hour

  • Money handling skills.
  • Experience in customer service/retail.
  • Good design perspective.
  • Passionate about our brand and values.
