Curious about how data can drive smarter business decisions? Marvin is hiring a Finance Manager to lead financial analytics, forecasting, and reporting in support of our strategic goals. This role partners closely with Marketing and Customer Services to develop program analytics that demonstrate the impact of key initiatives and investments. The Finance Manager will help shape enterprise-wide thinking through actionable insights and collaborative leadership.

Highlights of your role

  • Translate data into insights that inform business and financial decisions.
  • Build and refine analytics processes to measure the impact of investments and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to address business challenges through financial analysis.
  • Ensure analytics align with enterprise strategy and support performance evaluation.
  • Lead and mentor a finance team while delivering high-quality, actionable analysis.

Compensation

$118,000 - $140,000 annually, with bonus eligibility!

  • Influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and teams across all levels.
  • Develop analytic plans for diverse business programs and translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence, tailoring messages for various audiences.
  • Build trusted relationships through a balance of assertiveness and empathy.
  • Manage projects efficiently and are open to occasional travel (up to 10%).

Also want to make sure you have

  • 5+ years of experience leading financial analytics, with a consistent track record in team leadership and mentoring.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, economics, math, or a related field.
  • Industry experience supporting customer-facing teams in Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods environments.
  • Advanced technical skills, including Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, v-lookups) and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
