Highlights of your role

  • Create, implement, and maintain audience strategies and sales tools to support product launches, drive sales, and gain market share for dealers. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, builders, architects and Marvin sales leadership. Use these relationships to develop and implement channel strategies and annual audience planning efforts. 

  • Provide audience insights by collecting, analyzing, and evaluating information in key markets. Develop personas, uncover new business opportunities, and lead annual campaign planning. 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify gaps in segments and turn these opportunities into action through targeted campaigns and promotions. 

Compensation

$85,000 - $95,000 annually

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Proven ability to direct a team with a focus on development and growth 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce CRM 

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills 

  • Continuous improvement mentality with a focus on personal and professional growth 

Also want to make sure you have

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, or relevant sales or customer experience background
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
