Join our team as an Engineer-to-Order Processor and play a critical role in ensuring accurate, customized manufacturing for our customers. In this detail-oriented role, you’ll use your deep knowledge of ICIM and our products to translate customer orders into precise manufacturing instructions. You’ll be part of a collaborative and driven team that values your knowledge and contributions. This role provides the opportunity to deepen your technical skills while having a direct impact on production accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• Accurately program ETO (Engineer-to-Order) structure orders to ensure manufacturing work orders are correct and complete.
• Convert customer-entered order information using ICIM C45P.
• Validate order details and routing using ICIM I30P.
• Program ETO comments and update bills of materials using ICIM C87P and QCMT.
• Regenerate work orders and verify proper descriptions and department routing.
• Collaborate closely with the Bill of Materials team on architectural projects and new product features.
• Request and support updates to templates, programming codes, and feature configurations.

• Strong ICIM system experience, particularly with C45P, I30P, C87P, and QCMT.
• Solid understanding of product families, features, and manufacturing workflows.
• Working knowledge of tools such as OMS, Microsoft Office, MODL, Siebel, Print Book Viewer, Imaging, and QTS database.
• Minimum of 2 years of product knowledge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Warroad and Grafton manufacturing facilities is a strong plus.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to adapt to change and manage evolving customer requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A self-starter attitude with strong time management
