You'll coordinate work with accounting, logistics, project management, and sales to help us maintain positive customer relationships.

Highlights of your role

  • Prepare customers files with all components of a complete order, including financials and accurate permits and documentation. 
  • Connect with Sales Representatives to ensure all parts of an order are complete, accurate, and within scope of the project. Follow up with questions and request clarification on orders as needed. 
  • Assist in final order review, order processing and purchasing. Address sales related issues with Sales Representatives to prevent delays in ordering. 
  • Communicate directly with customers via email, phone calls, and in-person, providing the highest level of customer service. 

Compensation

$22.00 -$25.00 per hour

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • 2+ years of order management and customer service experience (windows and doors or building materials industries preferred) 

  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 

  • A passion for continuous learning and adopting new technology

  • Attention to detail and dedication to excellence

  • Proven track record of balancing multiple priorities
