Administer and maintain our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform by monitoring system performance, solving issues, and performing system upgrades and patches
Provision user access, security roles, and permissions within the D365 F&O environment
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and procedures.
Engage in Enterprise Resource Planning benchmarking to establish a baseline of knowledge on technology options and create a list of key capabilities and requirements for future technology.
Train and support team members on the effective use of our D365 F&O platform.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
3-7 years administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Experience within the manufacturing industry and knowledge of lean manufacturing
Ability to actively manage system complexities and dependencies, working closely with the business to ensure changes generate business value
Experience with data integration and migration and Power Platform's D365 F&O integration
Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based solutions, plus reporting and analytics tools like Power BI
Understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and their role in managing, monitoring, and synchronizing real-time physical processes
D365 admin certifications are a plus
