Job Overview

This position will find, define, and provide detailed, engineered, solutions with the goal of improving our key metrics of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Production.

Highlights of your role

  • Function as a team player: humble, eager to work, understand other people
  • Understand the effects of the equipment, and processes, in your designated production area on the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Production metrics
  • Ability to communicate (oral and written) well with a wide variety of folks: production associates, supervisors, maintenance, engineers, managers,
  • Be able to find, define, and recommend projects to help production further metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Production
  • Leverage technical skill sets to provide justification and solutions to situations:
    • CAD abilities, Cost Justifications, Project/Work Planning, Root Cause Documentation, Writing Standard Work Procedures, fine attention to detail
  • You must genuinely enjoy problem solving!

Shift Schedule: 7:00AM- 3:30PM Monday through Friday

Compensation

$20-26 per hour

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • High school education with 1-3 years applicable trades experience
  • Computer skills preferred: CAD, Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word
  • General mechanical knowledge
  • A knack for understanding processes
