In this role, you’ll own the UX design and strategy for Marvin’s Partner Experience tools. You’ll design the overall functionality and user interface of the product and continuously iterate to ensure the best user experience.

Work with multidisciplinary teams, including Product Management, and Engineering, to launch new digital products, shape the product vision, and develop prototypes.
Lead the UX for Marvin’s Partner Experience tools. Contribute to improving existing design system components and actively engage in discussions about integrating new components.
Translate requirements into user-friendly designs using mock-ups, storyboards, wireframes, and more.
Regularly present designs to key business partners, clearly communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
Document design specifications for hand-off and work closely with engineering for implementation of the UX/UI design.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong design culture.
5+ years in designing digital experiences with a strong portfolio and expertise in human-centered design.
Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, visual design, and iterative design in agile environments.
Proven experience in leading multiple design projects simultaneously.
Strong presentation and collaboration skills, with experience leading workshops and engaging key partners.
Experience with a variety of design and interactive tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Experience in creating design components for desktop, mobile, and digital apps at scale.
